The challenge of this project was to rationalize the functionality of spaces in this type of housing, which, by price and essence, are expected to be basic dwellings designed in a generic way. Our design respects these premises without compromising the interconnectedness, cross views, air circulation, and a choice of materials that highlight a sense of high quality.
